The Siloam Collective exists to illuminate a world where holistic well-being is cherished, celebrated, and experienced. Where beauty comes alive both inside and out. Empowering people to thrive and radiate their authentic brilliance through personal transformation and soul alignment, valuing beauty and creativity.

COACHING the SILOAM WAY
Coaching is a co-creative relationship between coach and coachee. This relationship takes the coachee through a process of identification, transformation and soul alignment. The coach is simply a partner to the coachee, on their own journey of becoming their most elevated self, ultimately taking the coachee from where they are to where they want to be. A coaching relationship is an honor to be apart of and here at The Siloam Collective we acknowledge the hardness in one choosing themselves and hold each relationship close to our hearts.

*Coaching leads the coachee to deeper self-acceptance and agency.*

About Your Coach
Hey! My name is Xzaevia Vaughn. I'm 25 years old and full of love, creativity and creativity. While I believe life to be a blessing, I have also seen the chaos of life and the negative effects it can have on your mind, body, heart, spirit and ultimately your soul. I am passionate about creating spaces where personal transformation and soul alignment meet freedom and creativity.

Many times in my life I have felt alone, whether in academic and work spaces or even in my own home as a child. Life can be trying at times in many different seasons, but I've felt the freedom of coaching personally and I deeply want people to experience the power of transformation. The kind that leads to a life full of agency and freedom.

My creative and entrepreneurial mind lends a unique approach to coaching. I want people to live freely and boldly the life they've been purposed for. I desire to see people live a life that's full and fun, that aligns with who they truly are. My hope is to see people restored from self-denial and deformation to self-acceptance and agency.

The organization continues to pursue this vision through educational services in well-being, professional coach training, and culture care. As an organization, they realized that it is their responsibility and within their capability to lead in the fields of positive psychology, experiential well-being education, and servant leadership training and development.

A Research-Based Approach to Relationships
The Gottman Institute is dedicated to combining wisdom from research and practice to support and strengthen marriages, families, and relationships. It brings the knowledge of research to therapists — and the insight of therapists to researchers. This link between research and practice reflects the collaboration of John and Julie Gottman, whose combined research and clinical experience is extensive, and incomparable.

Co-Active Coaching
Coaching Training Institute
The impact of Co-Active work starts with the individual. Whether that person is approaching training from the context of an organization, or a community, or is self-inspired, the leadership journey starts within.Their purpose is to help people become more aware of their impact in the world, so they experience life in responsible relationship to it. They believe that amazing things happen when we have the vision and courage to take a stand for human potential.
